Fees Associated With Your Gift Card
Account On File Fee
(waived until expiration of the card) - $5.00 per month. This fee will be assessed to your Card as long as there are funds remaining on your Card.
Replacement Card Fee
If your Card is lost or stolen, there will be a fee of $10.00 to replace it.
ATM Withdrawal Fee
If you use an ATM to withdraw funds from your Card, there will be a fee of $1.50 assessed to your Card.
ATM Balance Inquiry
If you use an ATM to obtain balance information from your Card, there will be a fee of $.50 assessed to your Card.
Escheat Fee
We will need to escheat (forfeit any abandoned funds to the State) any remaining balance in your card upon the arrival of the date of escheat for your card. Upon escheat, your card will be assessed a $15.00 escheat fee.
